Boiled Egg Kurma

Ingredients

Eggs
- 6

Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Onions
- 2
•
Oil/Ghee
- 2 tablespoons
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cinnamon
- 1 inch piece
•
Salt
- as required
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Coconut
- ¼
•
Poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Aniseeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Garlic
- 5 flakes
Method
1.
Boil
eggs
,
remove
shells and
keep
aside.
2.
Heat
oil
in a pan, season with
mustard
and
cinnamon
,
fry
ginger-garlic paste
for one minute.
3.
Add
finely
cut
onions
and ground
masala
, with
salt
,
turmeric powder
and
chilly powder
.
4.
Add
enough
water
and boiled
eggs
.
5. Allow it to
cook
for 15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle ketchup before
removing
from fire.
7.
Serve
with parathas.
