Beetroot Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

Beetroot
- 200 grams
•
Beet leaf/Beet root stem
- 1
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Coconut pulp (tender)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Coconut water (tender)
- 200 milliliters
•
Brown sugar (soft, powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cardamom
- 1
•
Ash gourd
- 300 grams
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Wash
all the
vegetable
properly,
remove
skin wherever necessary.
2. Push
cardamom
,
ginger
,
beetroot
leaves
,
beet
stem
followed by
beetroot
and
ash gourd
in the juicer goblet.
3.
Blend
tender
coconut
,
salt
, soft
brown sugar
,
coconut
,
pulp
and
coconut water
in a mixie and then
mix
it with
beet
extract.
4.
Pour
in a small glass and
serve
with ice cubes.
