Beetroot, Carrot And Ginger Juice

Ingredients

• • Whole fresh beet (peeled) - 1
• • Carrots (fresh, chopped) - 2
• • Apple (fresh, chopped) - 1
• • Ginger (chopped) - 1 inch piece
• • Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
• • Water - as required

Method

• 1. Peel beets and ginger. Chop all vegetables and fruits into large pieces, so they can fit in your blender.
• 2. Add the beets, carrots, apple, ginger and lemon juice into the blender with enough water. Blend smoothly.
• 3. Drain the blended juice using a strainer.
• 4. Add some ice and serve in a tall glass.
• 5. Enjoy!
