Beet Greens Carrot Capsicum Juice

Beetroot leaves/Beetroot stems

Carrot
- 250 grams
•
Capsicum
- ½
•
Apple
- 1
•
Salt
- as required
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
•
Palm sugar
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Wash
and
cut
beetroot leaves
& stems into big pieces.
2.
Remove
seeds
& core from
apple
.
3. Push
capsicum
piece, beet tops,
apple
and
carrots
into the goblet in the order given.
4.
Mix
salt
,
honey
to that.
5.
Serve
immediately with crushed ice on top.
