Beet Ginger Blast

Ingredients

Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Curry leaves
- 20
•
Apple
- 1
•
Cabbage
- 25 grams
•
Beetroot
- ¼
•
Cucumber (big)
- 400 grams
•
Tomato
- 300 grams
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
White pepper
- 1 teaspoon
•
Jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lime juice
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
well, check bitterness from
cucumber
,
remove
top & tail ends and then
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
2.
Take out
centre core &
seeds
alone from
apple
.
3. If
apples
are wax coated (which has a shine),
remove
skin and then
cut
into pieces.
4.
Remove
outer skin from
beetroot
. Take off green portions from washed
tomatoes
.
5. Push
ginger
and
curry leaves
first into the juicer goblet followed with
beetroot
,
apple
,
cabbage
ending with softer
vegetable
.
6. To the extract
mix
salt
,
pepper
,
jeera powder
and lemon
juice
.
7.
Pour
in a small glass and enjoy drinking it sip by sip.
