Beet Cucumber Cleanse Vegetable Juice

Ingredients
•
Cucumber
- 500 grams
•
Carrot
- 300 grams
•
Beetroot
- 50 grams
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Tulsi leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
•
Pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin powder (roasted)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
all the
vegetables
properly.
2.
Peel
thin outer skin from
beetroot
alone.
3.
Remove
top, tail portion from
carrot
and
cucumber
.
4. Check for bitterness in
cucumber
and then
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
5. Push
ginger
, bunched up
leaves
first into the juicer goblet followed by root
vegetables
and
cucumber
at the end.
6.
Mix
all the other mentioned
ingredients
to the extract and
serve
with ice.
