Baked Fish in Green Masala

Ingredients

Pomfret
- 1
•
Coriander leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Mint leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Onion
- 1
•
Garlic
- 5 cloves
•
Ginger
- 1 inch
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Curd
- 3 tablespoons
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon juice
- as required
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Clean
fish
&
make
slits on both sides.
Keep
aside.
2.
Grind
together all the
ingredients
except
oil
.
Add
2-3 Tablespoon
lemon juice
(or as much as you like).
3.
Marinate
fish
in the ground
masala
(rub well inside slits also) for 2 hours.
4. Take a piece of aluminium foil, grease it with the
oil
.
5. Place
fish
on foil.
Cover
nicely &
bake
in a oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
6.
Serve
hot. Just open foil &
serve
as it is.
