Avocado Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

1. Select avocado that is really ripe and dark in colour.
2. Cut into two and scoop out the pulp.
3. Select thin skinned juice orange, cut into two, squeeze the juice using citrus juicer.
4. Strain through a large eyed strainer.
5. Chop banana, put in a mixie with 100 milliliter water.
6. Run the mixie until banana turns to a smooth paste.
7. Add avocado pulp, sugar, honey, salt, lemon juice and blend properly.
8. Add orange juice at the end and mix well.
9. Dilute the drink according to taste.
10. Taste and adjust the sweetness.
11. Serve with crushed ice.
