Ash Gourd and Cucumber Juice

Ingredients

Cucumber
- 250 grams
•
Pumpkin (grated)
- 250 grams
•
Ash gourd
- 125 grams
•
Cabbage
- 100 grams
•
Spinach
- 7 leaves
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 2 pinches
•
White pepper powder
- as required
•
Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
and
cut
all the
vegetables
into convenient sized pieces.
2. Bunch up all the
leaves
together, push into the extractor followed by other
vegetables
.
3.
Add
salt
,
pepper
&
lemon juice
to the extract and
mix
well.
4.
Pour
in a tall glass,
add
little grated
pumpkin
& crushed ice on top and
serve
immediately.
