Ash Gourd Smoothie

Ash gourd
- 400 grams
•
Cashew nut
- 10 pieces
•
Pink rose petals (fresh)
- 20
•
Skimmed milk powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Remove
seeds
and outer skin from
ash gourd
.
2.
Cut
into convenient sized pieces and push through the juicer goblet.
3.
Grind
cashew nut
, rose
petals
,
milk
powder
together in a mixie to a smooth
paste
by
adding
little of the
ash gourd
juice.
4.
Add
rest of the juice,
honey
and
blend
lightly.
5.
Pour
in small glasses and
serve
immediately. (with or without ice cubes as desired)
6. Drink it sip by sip to obtain maximum benefit from the juice.
