Apple Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

• • Pineapple slice from tin (with ½ cup syrup) - 2
• • Apple (remove skin & cut into pieces) - 1
• • Mango ripe - ½
• • Salt - as required
• • Water - 1 cup
• • Honey or sugar syrups - as required
• • Jeera powder - a pinch
• • Pepper powder - a pinch

Method

• 1. Cut pineapple slices into small pieces.
• 2. Put it in a mixie along with syrup.
• 3. Blend well, add apple and run the mixie at low speed until apple turns smooth.
• 4. Add mango pieces, water, salt, honey, jeera, pepper powder.
• 5. Blend until everything mixes properly.
• 6. Serve with ice cubes on top in small glass.
