Aloo Methi Roti

Ingredients

Wheat flour/Attas
- 2 cups
•
Potatoes
- 4
•
Methi leaves
- 2 bunches
•
Green peas (fresh)
- ΒΌ cup
•
Salt
- 2 teaspoons
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Milk
- a little
(optional)
Method
1. Pressure
cook
potatoes
.
Peel
and
mash
into fine
paste
, when it is still warm.
2.
Cook
peas
and
crush
it.
3.
Chop
methi leaves
and
mix
everything to the
flour
,along with
salt
and
chilly
powder
.
4. Sprinkle little
water
or
milk
and knead to thick dough.
5. Pat and knead several times.
6.
Roll
out into thick rotis and
fry
on hot tawa without using
oil
.
7. After
removing
from
heat
apply little ghee or
oil
on top.
Serve
hot.
