Aloo Capsicum Curry

Ingredients
•
Capsicum
- ¼ kg
•
Potatoes
- 2
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Coriander powder/Dhania powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Garlic chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1. Pressure
cook
potato
.
Peel
and
dice
into big cubes.
2.
Dice
capsicum
into i inch pieces.
3.
Heat
oil
in a
frying
pan and
fry
capsicum
till it becomes soft.
Remove
excess
oil
.
4.
Add
coriander powder
,
turmeric
,
garam masala
and
mix
well.
5.
Add
potatoes
and
stir
for few more minutes.
6. Sprinkle
salt
and
garlic chilly powder
at the end and
fry
for a minute.
Serve
as a dry curry.
