Ingredients

Oil (for seasoning)
- 2 teaspoons

Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Tamarind extract
- a little
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Ginger (fresh, scraped, sliced)
- ¼ cup
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Jaggery
- a little
•
Salt
- as required
•
Red chillies/Green chillies
- 5
Method
1.
Grind
raw
ingredients
to
coarse paste
with minimum
water
.
2.
Heat
oil
in a
frying
pan,
add
mustard seeds
and then
ground paste
,
tamarind extract
and
boil
till raw flavour is lost.
3. When it becomes thick
remove
and allow to cool and
serve
.
