Ajwain Paratha

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup
•
Ajwain seeds/Carom seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- as required
Method
1. Take the
whole wheat flour
in a
mixing
bowl.
Pour
in 1 Tablespoon of
oil
in the
wheat
flour
.
2. Sprinkle the
ajwain
or
carom seeds
in
wheat
flour
and
add
salt
.
3. By
adding
oil
the dough will become softer and parathas will come out nice.
4.
Start
pouring
the
water
in
wheat
flour
and
mix
well into it and
make
a dough.
5.
Start
rolling
the paratha same as we
roll
roti/phulka.
