Yogurt Baked Chicken

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into pieces of your choice)
- 800 grams
•
Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 ¼ teaspoons
•
Basil/Kasoori methis (dried)
- 2 teaspoons
•
Curd
- 1 cup
•
Maida
- 4 teaspoons
•
Tomato wedges (for garnishing)
- as required
•
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- a little
Method
1.
Marinate
chicken
in ½ cup
curd
,
ginger
garlic paste
,
salt
,
methi
and
red chilly powder
.
Keep
for 2-3 hours.
2. Put
chicken
with
marinade
in a deep dish and
bake
at 200°C for 30 minutes.
3.
Mix
½ cup
curd
and
maida
well, so that there are no lumps.
4.
Take out
chicken
.
Mix
the
curd
and
maida
mixture
to the
chicken
.
Mix
well.
5.
Bake
for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve
hot garnished with
tomato wedges
& chopped fresh
coriander leaves
.
