Yellow Pumpkin Ash Gourd Juice

Ash gourd
- 200 grams
•
Yellow pumpkin
- 200 grams
•
Tulsi leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- a pinch
•
Palm sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Cardamom powder
- a pinch
Method
1.
Wash
,
remove
thick skin,
seeds
from
pumpkin
and
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
2. Bunch up
tulsi leaves
and put it into extractor followed with other chopped
vegetables
.
3. To the extract
add
salt
,
honey
,
palm sugar
,
cardamom powder
and
mix
well.
4. Garnish a teaspoon of grated white
pumpkin
along with crushed ice cubes and
serve
in a tall glass.
