Ingredients

Berry/Topa kul (ripe)
- 500 grams
•
Paanch phoron powder
- as required
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Jaggery/Gur
- 150 grams
•
Mustard oil
- 2 teaspoons
•
Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
, clean and
mash
berries
.
2.
Add
salt
,
turmeric powder
and
jaggery
and
mix
well.
Cover
and
keep
it aside to
marinate
for a few days.
3.
Add
mustard oil
,
chilli powder
and panch
phoron
powder
and
cook
on low
heat
till one thread consistency is achieved.
4.
Store
in a glass jar/bottle and can be used for months as an accompaniment with any dish.
