Ingredients

Tomatoes
- 4

Garlic
- 4 flakes

Red chillies
- 3
•
Salt
- as required
•
Tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil
- as required
•
Mustard seeds (for seasoning)
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Blanch
tomatoes
in
hot water
and
remove
outer skin.
2.
Grind
with fried
chillies
,
garlic
,
tamarind
and
salt
.
Fry
again after
grinding
.
3. Season with
mustard seeds
and
serve
with hot cooked rice and ghee.
