Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• • Tomatoes - 3
• • Cucumbers - 2
• • Onion big - 1
• • Lemon - 1
• • Salt - as required
• • Pepper powder - as required

Method

• 1. Dice tomatoes, cucumber, onion into even sized small cubes.
• 2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and mix well in a bowl.
• 3. Squeeze lemon juice and serve after half an hour.
