Curry leaves

Coriander leaves (cut)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Black gram dal
- ½ teaspoon
•
Bengal gram dal
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cashew nuts (broken)
- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Coconut (scraped)
- ¼ cup
•
Onions (small)
- 8
•
Garlic
- 4 flakes
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Cinnamon
- 1 piece
•
Cardamom
- 1
•
Cloves
- 2
•
Green chillies
- 8
Method
1.
Cut
onions
and
tomatoes
into fine pieces.
2.
Cook
rice
and allow it to cool.
3.
Heat
oil
in
frying
pan,
add
seasonings
and then
fry
with
onions
.
4. When it becomes transparent
add
tomatoes
and
fry
till it becomes soft.
5. Continue
frying
in medium flame with the ground
masala
paste
.
6.
Add
salt
and cooked
rice
.
7.
Fry
in a high flame till
rice
becomes hot.
8. Garnish with
cut
coriander leaves
and
curry leaves
.
