Til Wale Aloo Kabab

Ingredients
•
Potatoes
- 4
•
Bread crumbs
- ¾ cup
•
Tils/Sesame seeds (roasted)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2
•
Hara dhania/Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
White pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Dhania/Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for shallow frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Boil
the
potatoes
,
remove
skin and
mash
very well with the
bread crumbs
.
2.
Add
the rest of the
ingredients
, except the
oil
.
3. Rub a little
oil
on your hand and
make
small balls of the
mixture
. Flatten slightly to
make
small patties.
4.
Heat
1 Tablespoon
oil
in a nonstick
frying
pan and
fry
the kababs very carefully over medium
heat
.
5. Turn over once,
fry
until golden and
drain
on absorbent paper.
6.
Serve
hot with tomato
chilly
sauce.
