Tekiwi Cocktail

Ingredients

• • Kiwi - 1
• • Simple syrup - ½ ounce
• • Lime juice - 3 ounces
• • Patron silver tequila - 2 ounces
• • Ice cubes - as required
• • Mint leaves (fresh) - a few

Method

• 1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi with the simple syrup.
• 2. Add lime juice, tequila, and ice.
• 3. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
• 4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
