Sweet Rice Flakes Paniyaram

Ingredients
•
Rice (raw)
- 1 cup
•
Rice flakes
- ½ cup
•
Jaggery (grated)
- 1 cup
•
Cardamom powder
- as required
•
Cooking soda
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Ghee
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
rice
and
rice flakes
separately in
water
for 2 hours.
2.
Grind
together to smooth
paste
.
Add
grated
jaggery
at the end of
grinding
.
3.
Mix
with
cardamom powder
and
soda
.
4.
Pour
immediately in paniyaram pan using
ghee
for
frying
.
