Sweet Egg Paniyaram

Maida
- 1 cup
•
Rawa
- 1 cup
•
Sugar
- 1 cup
•
Milk
- 1 cup
•
Eggs
- 3
•
Soda-bicarbonates
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Ghee
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
maida
,
rawa
,
sugar
and
milk
,
keep
aside for one hour.
2.
Eggs
and
mix
with that.
3.
Heat
a paniyaram pan.
4.
Pour
a teaspoon of
ghee
in all the cups,
pour
a tablespoon full of batter in each cup.
5. When it is cooked, turn over carefully with a spoon.
6.
Cook
till it is golden brown.
Serve
hot.
