Ash gourd
- 400 grams

Chow-chow
- 120 grams
•
Beetroot
- 1

Carrot
- 400 grams
•
Manathakkali leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Mint leaves
- 10
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Pepper powder
- a little
•
Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Remove
centre core,
seed
from
chow-chow
and
cut
into big pieces.
2.
Scrape
skin from
beetroot
and
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
3.
Cut
all the washed
vegetables
according to the size of the juicer's goblet.
4. Push
ginger
and then bunched up
leaves
into the goblet followed by
chow-chow
,
beetroot
,
carrot
and then pumpkin.
5.
Add
salt
,
pepper
,
lemon
&
honey
to the extract and
mix
well.
6.
Pour
in a small glass and
serve
immediately.
