Sprouted moong dal
- 1 cup

Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Carrots (grated)
- ½ cup
•
Coconut (scraped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1. Combine all the
ingredients
in a bowl and
toss
well.

Serve
immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour and
serve
chilled.
