Spinaches (chopped)

Oil
- as required
•
Curd
- 1 cup
•
Onion (chopped)

Garlic
- 1 clove
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sugar
- a little
•
Garam masala powder
- a little
Method
1.
Chop
spinach
as fine as possible.
2.
Heat
a Teaspoon of
oil
and
fry
by sprinkling little
water
.
3. Cool and
grind
to smooth
paste
.
4. Beat
curds
.
5.
Slice
onion
,
garlic
and
green chillies
.
6.
Heat
ghee and
fry
garlic
,
green chillies
and
onion
.
7. Cool and
add
it to
spinach
paste
with enough
salt
,
sugar
and beaten
curd
.
8. Sprinkle little
garam masala powder
.
