Soft Mysore Pak

Ingredients

1. Roast besan flour in a pan for 3 minutes.
2. In a bowl, add ghee with roasted besan flour and mix well in a smooth consistency. Keep aside.
3. Grease a plate with little ghee and keep aside.
4. In a pan add sugar and water in medium flame and bring it to a boil.
5. When dissolved sugar shows one-string consistency, add the besan ghee mixture.
6. Keep stirring until the mixture comes together into a ball without sticking to the pan.
7. Pour the mixture into the ghee greased plate.
8. Cut it into squares while its hot. Allow the mixture to cool and set.
