Ingredients

Besan
- 1 cup
•
Ghee
- 1 cup
•
Sugar
- 1 cup
•
Water
- ΒΌ cup
Method
1.
Roast
besan
flour in a pan for 3 minutes.
2. In a bowl,
add
ghee
with roasted
besan
flour and
mix
well in a smooth consistency.
Keep
aside.
3. Grease a plate with little
ghee
and
keep
aside.
4. In a pan
add
sugar
and
water
in medium flame and bring it to a
boil
.
5. When dissolved
sugar
shows one-string consistency,
add
the
besan
ghee
mixture
.
6.
Keep
stirring
until the
mixture
comes together into a ball without sticking to the pan.
7.
Pour
the
mixture
into the
ghee
greased plate.
8.
Cut
it into squares while its hot. Allow the
mixture
to cool and set.
9. Enjoy!
