Sitaphal Basundi

Ingredients
•
Milk
- 1 ½ liters
•
Custard apple/Sitaphal
- 1
•
Sugar
- ¼ cup
•
Condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Saffron
- a pinch
•
Almonds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Pistachios
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon
•
Raisins
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Seed
the
sitaphal
and
keep
aside.
2.
Heat
milk
in a deep nonstick pan till it boils.
3.
Reduce
heat
and
simmer
,
stirring
continuously, till it reduces to his half its original quantity.
4.
Add
sugar
and
stir
ill it dissolves. Set aside to cool.
Mash
the
sitaphal
pulp with a fork and
add
to the reduced
milk
and
mix
well.
5.
Add
condensed milk
,
cardamom powder
,
saffron
and dry fruits, turn off the
heat
.
Serve
chilled.
