Shimeji Mushroom Salad

Shimeji mushroom
- 150 grams
•
Red chilly pepper (chopped)
- 1
•
Spring onions (chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Garlic (chopped)
- 3 cloves
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons
•
Sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon
•
Chilly oil
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Cut
the end of the
shimeji mushroom
and clean it.
2.
Heat
up some
water
in a pot. Bring it to a
boiling
and
add
washed
shimeji mushroom
to
cook
for 2 minutes.
3. Move the
shimeji mushroom
out to cool down.
4.
Chop
the chilly
pepper
,
spring onion
,
garlic
.
5.
Prepare
a bowl,
mix
soy
sauce
,
sesame oil
,
salt
,
chilly oil
and chopped
ingredients
in above step together.
6.
Add
shimeji mushroom
to the bowl with
sauce
.
Mix
thoroughly and enjoy.
