Sauted Chicken Toast

Ingredients
•
Boneless chickens (cut into strips or small cubes)
- 2 cups
•
Onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup
•
Mint leaves (fresh, finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garlic 9s
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (chopped finely)
- 2
•
Tomato (blanched, peeled & chopped)
- 1
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper
- as required
•
Bread (toasted)
- 6 slices
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger
- 1 inch
•
Garlic
- 2 cloves
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a non stick pan.
Add
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
&
cook
for 1-2 minutes.
2. When
onion
is soft,
add
shredded
chicken
,
salt
&
pepper
to
taste
,
tomato
and
green chillies
.
Cook
till dry.
3.
Add
mint leaves
.
Mix
well.
4. Toast
bread
in an oven or toaster.
5.
Cut
into desired shapes, triangular, square or rounds.
6.
Spread
prepared
chicken
on the toast, garnish with a sprig of
mint
and
serve
with
mint
chutney.
