Sausage Salad

Chicken sausages

Green capsicum

Ingredients For Dressing
•
Oil
- 6 tablespoons
•
Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- ½ teaspoon
•
Sugar (powdered)
- ½ teaspoon
•
Mustard paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
(optional)
•
Garlic (crushed)
- 3 flakes
Method
1.
Heat
½ Teaspoon
oil
in a pan. Saute
sausages
for 1 minute.
2.
Remove
and
cut
each
sausage
diagonally into 2-3 pieces.
3.
Deseed
capsicum
and
cut
into strips.
4.
Remove
the pulp of the
tomato
and
cut
into thin strips.
5. Blanch
baby corns
and
mushrooms
in
hot water
to which a little
salt
and a few drops of lemon juice have been added.
6.
Strain
and
cut
baby corns
diagonally and each
mushroom
into four pieces.
7.
Mix
sausages
,
mushrooms
,
baby corns
,
capsicum
and
tomato
in a salad bowl.
8.
Mix
all the
ingredients
of the dressing in an empty bottle with a screw cap. Shake well.
9.
Pour
the dressing over the salad and
toss
. Chill.
10.
Serve
chilled on a bed of lettuce.
