Ingredients
•
Rice (raw)
- 3 cups
•
Sagos
- 1 cup
•
Green chillies
- 12
•
Coriander (cut)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons
•
Sour curd
- 2 cups
•
Onions (small, finely chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Ginger (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
(optional)
•
Bengal gram dal
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 2 ½ tablespoons
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
rice
for 2 hours.
Grind
it till fine rawa consistency along with
green chillies
and
salt
.
2.
Mix
sago
and
sour curds
with the ground
mixture
.
3. Allow to ferment for 6 to 8 hours.
4.
Add
onions
, soaked
bengal gram dal
,
ginger
,
coriander
and
curry leaves
.
Mix
well and
pour
in hot paniyararm pan.
