Ridge gourds
- 1 cup
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Tamarind
- lime size
Ingredients For Frying In A Teaspoon Of Oil

Red chillies
- 4
•
Bengal gram dal
- 2 teaspoons
•
Urad dal
- 1 ½ teaspoons
Method
1.
Peel
outer skin from
ridge gourd
and
cut
into thicker
slice
.
2.
Fry
it in little
oil
for few minutes.
3.
Grind
with other
ingredients
to
coarse paste
.
4. Season mustard in hot
oil
and
pour
on top.
