Rice Flakes Paniyaram

Ingredients

Rice flour
- 2 cups
•
Rice flakes (powdered)
- ¼ cup
•
Sour thick curd
- as required
•
Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Onions (small, finely cut)
- ¼ cup
•
Green chillies/Fried crushed curd chillies (minced)
- 10
•
Bengal gram dal
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Mix
powdered
rice flakes
and
rice flour
in
curds
.
Keep
closed for 8 to 10 hours.
2.
Mix
other
ingredients
to this along with soaked
bengal gram dal
. (Finely sliced tender mango pickle and root pickle also can be added).
3.
Pour
in paniyaram pan and
serve
hot or cold with coconut chutney.
