Rawa Dosa

Ingredients
•
Rice flour
- 1 cup
•
Maida
- 1 cup
•
Fine rawa
- ¼ cup
•
Asafoetidas
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Pepper
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Curry leaves
- 2 sprigs
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1. In a bowl,
add
rice flour
,
maida
,
rawa
,
asafoetida
,
salt
,
cumin seeds
,
pepper
,
ginger
,
green chilly
,
coriander leaves
and
curry leaves
.
2.
Add
water
and
mix
until the
mixture
is slightly watery.
3.
Heat
a tawa.
4.
Pour
the dosa
mixture
in a circular motion until the center.
Make
sure not to
pour
too much dosa
mixture
to
make
it into a thin wafer-like dosa.
5.
Add
oil
all over the dosa.
6.
Fry
until golden brown.
7. As the dosa is very thin, only one side needs to be fried.
8.
Remove
from tawa and
serve
hot with chutney.
