Rawa Dhokla

Ingredients

Fine rawa
- 1 ½ cups
•
Bengal gram flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Ginger-green chilly paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Sour thick curd
- 1 ½ cups
•
Eno fruit salt
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Oil
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Black gram dal
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Curry leaves
- 2 sprigs
•
Coriander leaves (cut)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Mix
rawa
,
flour
,
turmeric
,
ginger-green chilly paste
with
salt
to the
curd
.
2.
Mix
ENO fruit salt
with
oil
and
mix
in dhokla batter.
3. Steam immediately in a greased plate.
4. After
cooking
, sprinkle
red chilly powder
and
cut
into big pieces.
5.
Heat
another teaspoon of
oil
,
add
seasonings
and
pour
on dhokla pieces.
