Rawa Dhokla

Ingredients

• • Fine rawa - 1 ½ cups
• • Bengal gram flour - 1 ½ tablespoons
• • Ginger-green chilly paste - 1 teaspoon
• • Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Sour thick curd - 1 ½ cups
• • Eno fruit salt - 1 ½ tablespoons
• • Oil - 3 tablespoons
• • Salt - ¾ teaspoon
• • Red chilly powder - ½ teaspoon

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon
• • Black gram dal - 1 teaspoon
• • Green chillies - 3
• • Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
• • Coriander leaves (cut) - 1 tablespoon

Method

• 1. Mix rawa, flour, turmeric, ginger-green chilly paste with salt to the curd.
• 2. Mix ENO fruit salt with oil and mix in dhokla batter.
• 3. Steam immediately in a greased plate.
• 4. After cooking, sprinkle red chilly powder and cut into big pieces.
• 5. Heat another teaspoon of oil, add seasonings and pour on dhokla pieces.
