Raw Mango Panna

Ingredients

Green mangoes (raw)
- 2
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Sugar
- 3 tablespoons
•
Jeera powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Mint
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 3 pinches
•
Honey
- 2 teaspoons
•
Water
- 3 cups
Method
1.
Keep
raw
green mangoes
in vessel in pressure cooker (Whole
mangoes
without
removing
skin) and
cook
for 5 to 10 minutes without weight.
2. Allow to cool,
remove
skin and
mash
the pulp properly.
3.
Heat
sugar
with
water
,
mint
,
salt
until it is dissolved completely.
4. Allow to cool,
strain
and
mix
with
mango
pulp.
5.
Add
Jeera powder
,
salt
and
honey
to that.
6. Dilute it according to
taste
.
7.
Serve
in small glass with ice according to
taste
.
