Raw Mango Pachadi

Ingredients
•
Mangoes (raw, chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Jaggery (grated)
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- a pinch
•
Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Boil
water
in a saucepan.
Add
raw
mangoes
.
Cook
until
mangoes
are soft.
2.
Add
jaggery
and
salt
.
Mix
well.
3. In a bowl, dissolve
rice flour
.
Add
the
rice flour
liquid to the saucepan.
Mix
and the
mixture
should thicken.
4.
Add
cardamom powder
.
Mix
well and
keep
aside.
5. In a pan,
add
heat
oil
.
Add
mustard seeds
. After the
seeds
stop crackling,
add
it to the pachadi.
6. Refrigerate and
serve
the condiment when required.
