Ingredients

Fine soojis/Rava
- 1 cup
•
Sugar
- ¾ cup
•
Ghee (melted)
- ¼ cup
•
Cashew nuts (broken)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Dry
roast
rava
until nice aroma appears and it turns slightly golden.
2.
Keep
aside and allow it to cool.
3.
Roast
cashew nut
in
ghee
until golden brown.
Keep
aside.
4.
Powder
the
sugar
finely.
Add
to a bowl.
5.
Powder
roasted
rava
to a semi-coarse
mixture
.
Add
to the bowl.
6.
Add
the fried
cashew nut
&
cardamom powder
.
Add
ghee
.
7.
Mix
well.
8. Using your hands form rounds balls of the
mixture
.
9.
Store
in airtight container.
