Ragi Mudde

Ingredients
•
Ragi flour
- 1 cup
•
Water
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- ½ teaspoon
•
Ghee
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. In a saucepan,
add
water
,
oil
and
salt
. Bring to a
boil
.
2.
Mix
1-1.5 tsp of
ragi flour
with a little bit of
water
and
add
it to the saucepan.
3.
Add
the remaining
ragi flour
,
stirring
continuously so that no lumps are formed.
4. Close and
cook
on low
heat
for about 1-2 mins.
Remove
from
heat
after the
ragi
has form a single mass.
5. Grease a plate with
ghee
. While the
ragi
is still hot, shape the
ragi
on the plate into a round ball.
6.
Serve
hot with gravy or curry of your choice.
7. Enjoy!
