Ragi Khus Khus Ladoo

Ingredients

Ragi flour
- 1 cup
•
Ghee
- 6 tablespoons
•
Cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon
•
Almond powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Sugar (powdered)
- ½ cup
•
Cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Poppy seeds (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1. In a pan,
add
ghee
. Wait until it melts and
add
ragi flour
.
2.
Remove
ragi flour
from pan when an aroma appears.
Add
ragi flour
into a bowl.
3. In the pan,
add
more
ghee
and
cashew nuts
until they brown.
Add
cashew
into the bowl.
4.
Add
almond powder
, powdered
sugar
& cardamon
powder
into the bowl.
5.
Add
4 tablespoons of
ghee
to the
mixture
and
mix
thoroughly.
6. Press the
ragi
mixture
into rounds balls.
7.
Roll
the
ragi
balls in
poppy seeds
.
8. Enjoy!
