Ingredients

White radishes (cut into thin discs)
- 1 ½ cups
•
Onions (small, peeled)
- ¼ cup
•
Garlic
- 6 flakes
•
Red chillies
- 5
•
Tamarind (soaked in water)
- marble size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Oil (for seasoning)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
in deep
frying
pan and
fry
red chillies
,
garlic
,
onion
and then
radish
till golden brown.
2. Allow it to cool and
grind
to
coarse paste
with other
ingredients
. .
3. Season with
mustard seeds
.
