Quick Kebabs

Ingredients
•
Keema (minced meat)
- 500 grams
•
Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Dhania powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Dhania (chopped, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•

- 2 tablespoons

Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 3
•
Besan/Gram flour
- 2 tablespoons
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Wash
keema
well.
Strain
& squeeze out all the
water
. (It is essential to squeeze out the
water
well otherwise it will be difficult to
make
balls)
2.
Mix
all the
ingredients
except
oil
to
keema
.
Mix
well and
make
small balls.
3. Take a pressure cooker & grease the bottom.
4. Place the balls in the pressure cooker. They can be piled on top of each other.
5. Close cooker and give 1 whistle. Lower
heat
& let it
simmer
for 5-7 minutes.
6. When pressure drops, open cooker and
remove
kebabs gently.
7. Take a non stick pan.
Heat
1-2 Teaspoon
oil
,
add
kebabs & gently brown them.
8.
Serve
hot with mint chutney.
Note
• The kebabs will leave some
water
when cooked.
• If you like, after opening the cooker, dry the
water
or discard it.
