Ingredients

Mustard oil
- 31 tablespoons
•
Onion
- ½ kg
•
Black mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 1 tablespoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Slit
onions
into quarter.
2.
Mix
all the
spices
together and stuff
onions
with that
mixture
and
keep
it in a jar.
3.
Add
mustard oil
on it and
mix
the pickle by shaking all the sides.
4.
Keep
the jar in sunlight for a day.
5.
Serve
it with any indian bread.
