Ingredients

Mint leaves
- 1 cup

Urad dal
- 1 tablespoon
•
Red chillies
- 5
•
Tamarind (soaked & extracted)
- lime size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- as required
•
Mustard seeds (for seasoning)
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
chillies
and
dal
together till golden.
2.
Fry
mint leaves
separately and
grind
with
salt
,
tamarind
and other
ingredients
to
coarse paste
, with little
water
.
3. Season with
mustard seeds
and
serve
with hot cooked rice and ghee.
