Pina Colada

Ingredients

Pineapple slices
- 4

Pineapple syrup
- 100 milliliters
•
Pineapple juice
- 200 milliliters
•
Coconut pulp (tender)
- ¼ cup
•
Coconut water (tender)
- 200 milliliters
•
Sugar
- 50 grams
•
Cream (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Rum essence
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Cut
pineapple
slice
into medium sized pieces.
2. Put
pineapple slices
,
coconut pulp
with little pine apple
syrup
in a blender.
3.
Blend
until smooth and
add
sugar
,
pineapple juice
,
coconut water
.
4.
Blend
well,
add
cream
,
rum essence
and few ice-cubes.
5. Run the mixie at low speed for a minute and then
pour
in tall glass tumblers.
Serve
immediately.
Note
• Generally 'rum' is added for this famous drink. Instead here
rum essence
is added.
Variation
• Use
coconut
extract (
coconut
milk) instead of
coconut water
.
• Use ½ scoop Vanilla ice
cream
and
blend
it.
