Peppery Chicken

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
- 800 grams
•
Saboot kali mirches/Pepper corns (coarsely pounded)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salted butter
- 3 tablespoons
•
Oil
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- a little
•
Pepper
- as required
Method
1.
Wash
and pat dry the
chicken
pieces.
2.
Heat
butter
and
oil
in a non stick pan.
Add
the
chicken
pieces and
stir
fry
on high flame till the
chicken
is brown and crisp.
3. Lower the
heat
,
add
pepper
and
salt
.
Cover
and
cook
for 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle some
water
in-between if required.
5.
Stir
occasionally till
chicken
is tender.
Serve
hot garnished with
coriander
.
6. Arrange some potato fries (French fries) on the sides, if you like.
