Peach And Champagne Ice

Ingredients

• • White peach - 1
• • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
• • Simple syrups - 1 tablespoon
• • Orange juice - 100 milliliters
• • Water - 2 tablespoons
• • Champagnes - as required

Method

• 1. Puree peaches, lemon juice, and syrup in a blender.
• 2. Mix peach puree, orange juice & water together.
• 3. Fill ice mold with the puree mix. Freeze until solid.
• 4. In champagne flutes, add ice peach puree cubes.
• 5. Pour champagne into flutes.
• 6. Serve.
